Dear Mr. Beckett:
My name is Carrington Chatham, and I am a resident of Meadow Wood in the Veteranís Reintegration program. Many times this is an overlooked task, but I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding, overall service I receive by everyone at ColumbiaCare! Itís rare to find an organization that truly performs with the utmost integrity from top to bottom. Individuals whose actions align with their words are a true treasure, and thatís been my experience with everyone at your organization.
I am very delighted to have the pleasure of working closely with Brianna, Josepha and Gretchen Erickson. During a recent plumbing problem in my unit, the timely and thorough response from Bri and Joseph was incredible, and exceeded any and all of my expectations! Their professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific plumbing issue while also handling another flood in a separate unit was very, very impressive. Their tact and gentle nature made the very difficult situation much less stressful!! I will forever be grateful for their help!
I am a former resident at the Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinic in White City, Oregon. Upon returning to my volunteer position in the Community Integration Program this morning, I was pleased to have the opportunity to laud the overall service I receive while in your care. I made special note of Bri and Josephís help. In the future, I have absolutely no hesitation recommending your services to other veterans. I am deeply appreciative of the assistance and support received from not only Bri, Joseph and Gretchen, but from a host of others in your organization. I hope that you will personally pass the thanks on to them.
