Columbia River Ranch is a mental health residential treatment facility operated in conjunction with Morrow County Behavioral Health.  Columbia River Ranch has 11 treatment beds and 1 short term crisis resolution bed.  It is located on 5 acres of working farm land just outside of Boardman, Oregon. 

Columbia River Ranch features expansive views of the Eastern Oregon farm country from its full deck.  A large yard allows outdoor recreation activities, as well as enabling the barn and farm animals to enhance their rural experience. The Ranch currently has minature horses, cattle, ducks and chickens.

Residents receive care from a professional staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Care is provided in a nurturing manner with the foremost goal of recovery and a return to an unsupervised living environment.

Columbia River Ranch has 1 short term crisis resolution bed which is operated to provide an alternative to emergency, short term psychiatric hospitalization for those patients whose illness allows them to be treated in a residential setting.

Crisis Resolution services are provided to psychiatrically eligible clients referred by Morrow-Wheeler County Behavioral Health or other eligible agencies.
