The bungalow style house is located in Oregon City, Oregon.  It is a charming home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and provides a very comfortable and inviting atmoshpere. 

Currently, care is offered by both ColumbiaCare and Clackamas County. Outpatient services are provided by Clackamas County, while ColumbiaCare operates the residential care. Please contact the Administrator of Mossy Meadows for more information.
