Pony Creek

Pony Creek is a beautifully renovated home located in North Bend, Oregon.  The home has been developed for the purpose of providing short-term planned and crisis respite treatment foster care for children residing in Coos, Curry and coastal Douglas County.

As resources were previously located as far away as Portland, Pony Creek is a great asset as it allows families to receive care in their own communities. Families are now able to be involved with the child throughout the stabilization process, enabling them to be an active part of the solution, reducing family disruption, and improving outcomes.

Pony Creek is a proud collaboration of services provided by ColumbiaCare, Coos County Mental Health (CCMH) and Southern Oregon Adolescent Study and Treatment Center (SOASTC).  We have pooled our resources and expertise to create a partnership that provides the highest quality care.
