Spring 2011 Conference Recap
We had a great time at the Spring Conference at Sunriver in June, and got great feedback from all of you. Attendees seemed to really enjoy the location, more interactive discussion, the fact that topics and discussions weren’t so rushed, hearing from Jay/AMH, the networking that happened both during and after the meetings, the breakfast at Gordy’s, hanging out in Bob and Cathy’s room in the evening, the hands-on activities, video presentations, the heartfelt show and tell’s, not having it in a hotel conference room, the food, and the relationship building.
Some valuable input was given as well, along with some great ideas for future topics and activities. Of course, it’s impossible to accommodate everyone all the time, but we take into consideration all feedback and factor it in to the next conference planning. Also, many requests were made for additional training and direction for the directive from Bob to get on board with using technology…we will be rolling a complete program out soon – stay tuned!
We really tried to factor in requests from the Fall conference for more frequent breaks, which was implemented at this last one…next time we’ll try to find some more comfortable chairs!
Congratulations to the winners of the facility awards at the fall conference:
Treatment Fidelity: Mossy Meadows
Full House/Happy House: Creekside

Keep up the good work, everyone!
