ColumbiaCare's Board of Directors is made up of six distinguished community leaders who have dedicated themselves to improving people's lives. While each Board Member's personal and professional experience is unique to them, their common commitment to partnering with our Executive Team to set the direction of the organization is something they share.

Stacy Ferrell, President
Stacy has served as the President of the Board since January 2018. She has over 19 years of professional experience providing mental health development and administrative management and is currently the Executive Director of ColumbiaCare Services.
Ginger Swan, Member
Ginger has served on the Board since April of 2003, while also filling the role of Executive Director of Coos Health and Wellness for many years. Her knowledge and leadership in running a community mental health program is invaluable.
Dave McDaniel, Vice Chair
Dave has served on the Board since January of 2017. A retired Undersheriff and long-time ColumbiaCare Facility Administrator, Dave has extensive knowledge of our law enforcement system as well as PSRB rules and regulations. His vast knowledge and extensive experience in the field makes him an essential asset to the Board.

Jean Work, Chair
Jean has served on the Board since January of 2006. She brings valuable skills and expertise that come from her background as an HR professional, and as the retired Regional Manager for the Oregon State Employment Department.
Kathy Beckett, Member
Kathy has served on the Board since October of 2018. She brings valuable experience and knowledge from her background as a Jackson County Clerk and long-time Access Board Member. She has also been closely involved with ColumbiaCare since the organization was founded in 2003 and is a wonderful addition to the Board.

Lola Powers, Treasurer
Lola has served on the Board since June of 2019. She has a wealth of experience from her time as a police officer and serving in the military for 16 years. Ms. Powers has also been a long-time ColumbiaCare employee and is an asset to the Board.
