annual Vacation & SICK TIME

Depending on years of service, we offer 12 to 20 days of Vacation time per year with additional  bonus vacation time added after 5, 10, 15  and 20 years of employment. Employees are also guaranteed 96 hours of Sick Time annually.

ColumbiaCare pays the wages of our employees, up to one full day per year, that is spent volunteering for their favorite charitable cause. ColumbiaCare "gifts"  its employees the encouragement, support and time to make a difference in the local community.

The mission of the ColumbiaCare Wellness Program is to promote and support the mental, physical, social, and spiritual health throughout the organization. This includes endorsing a culture that supports employees’ desire to make healthy lifestyle choices. Also, employees are reimbursed up to $400 annually for whole health/wellness activities and purchases. We also reward them with an additional one-week of bonus vacation time.
