The mission of the ColumbiaCare Wellness Program is to promote and support the mental, physical, social, and spiritual health throughout the organization. This includes endorsing a culture that supports employees’ desire to make healthy lifestyle choices. ColumbiaCare pays generous longevity bonuses to all of our eligible long-term employees to honor those who have reached their 5-year, 10-year, 15-year, and 20-year anniversary dates of continuous employment. We also reward them with an additional one-week of bonus vacation time. It is ColumbiaCare’s way of acknowledging and thanking employees who build a career with us, and provide ongoing quality care to the clients we serve.
