REMINDER ABOUT PROGRAM CAPACITY
Hourglass can serve up to 8 individuals at any given time.
COVID-19 SCREENING PROCESS
For everyone’s safety, all individuals entering the
building will be screened by an Hourglass staff
member at the front door. This will include a questionnaire and
temperature reading. Staff asks all those entering the
program to wear a face covering.
(If you do not have a face covering, Hourglass can provide one to you).

SCREENING QUESTIONS
If a person answers 'yes' to any of the following questions, they will not be admitted to Hourglass:
1. Are you experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19?
Fever (thermal temperature reading of 100 degrees or higher)
Chills
Cough
Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or Body Aches
Headache
New Loss of Taste or Smell
Sore Throat
Congestion or Runny Nose
Nausea or Vomiting
Diarrhea
This list does not include all possible symptoms.
2. Have you had contact with person who is COVID-19 confirmed or under investigation within the last 14 days?
We are happy to provide individuals with with resource contact information, and/or assistance with contacting appropriate resources to ensure their safety!
