ColumbiaCare values leadership qualities that enhance the care we provide. To ensure a consistent leadership team we carefully select staff members for participation in the Leadership Academy. Through the Academy, staff receive training on the technical knowledge and leadership skills they will need as a member of the management team. Development plans are specifically designed to enhance strengths while helping them bridge the gap between current skills and required skills.
