Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan

ColumbiaCare offers an extensive medical, dental and vision health insurance package for eligible employees and dependents. This includes a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) program to assist with deductible costs. 
Whole Health & Wellness Reimbursement Program
Picture
The mission of the ColumbiaCare Wellness Program is to promote and support mental, physical, social, and spiritual health throughout the organization. Employees are reimbursed up to $600 annually for whole health & wellness activities and purchases.   
Retirement Plan

We offer a 100% Vested 403(b) Retirement plan with pre- and post-tax contribution options. ColumbiaCare will also match an eligible employee's contribution up to 6%. 
Annual Vacation & Sick Time
Picture
Employees can earn up to 96 hours of vacation time annually. Vacation accrual rates can increase at the 5- and 10-year milestones! Up to 40 hours of vacation time, in excess of a 120-hour balance, may be cashed out once per calendar year. Employees can earn up to 96 hours of sick time annually.
Mental Health Days

In addition to vacation and sick time, CCS offers 16 hours of paid time off for full-time employees and 8 hours for part-time employees per calendar year towards the personal care of their mental health needs. 
Paid Holidays
Picture
CCS observes 9 holidays each year. This includes New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Full-Time employees receive 8 paid hours for the corresponding holiday. Part-Time and On-Call employees receive time and a half for working on a holiday. 
Personal Growth Day

ColumbiaCare will pay employee wages, up to 8 hours per calendar year, that are spent volunteering for a charitable cause of their choice or investing in their personal education through training that can be directly connected to their current position or career path and development within the organization.
Longevity Bonus

ColumbiaCare pays generous longevity bonuses to our eligible long-term employees to honor those who have reached their 2-year, 5-year, 10-year, 15-year, and 20-year anniversary dates of continuous employment. Employees meeting these milestones also receive an additional 40 hours of bonus vacation time! This is our way of acknowledging and thanking employees who have built a lasting & impactful career with CCS. 
Employee Referral Bonus

If you know someone that you think would be a great fit for the organization, refer them to an open position. If an applicant is successfully hired and completes the introductory period, the referring employee receives a $250 bonus! 
Employee Assistance Program

We offer an Employee Assistance Program to all ColumbiaCare employees and dependents. This includes resources and tools available online or by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Resources include access to consultants that can assist with financial issues, counseling, legal assistance, finding childcare, and more! 
Smoking Cessation

CCS supports and provides a number of assistance programs that aid our employees and all members of their immediate household to stop and remain free from tobacco.  
Loan Forgiveness Program

Ask how non-profit employees may qualify for federally funded "loan forgiveness" programs! 
Basic Life/AD&D Coverage
Eligible employees may choose to enroll in Additional Life Death & Dismemberment, Critical Illness & Accidental Coverage, and Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance.
Voluntary Employee Benefits
Eligible employees may choose to enroll in Additional Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Critical Illness & Accident Coverage, and Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance. 
*Benefits may be further dependent on full-time equivalency (FTE) and worker category, please refer to corresponding benefit policies for specific employee eligibility requirements and program parameters.
