Halsey street SRTF
Halsey Street SRTF is a Class II Secure Licensed Residential Treatment Facility that is able to serve up to 8 individuals who have a Serious Mental Illness and who are clinically appropriate for a secure, community-based level of care.
Halsey Street SRTF will provide a therapeutic treatment environment, with services provided by a team of professionals, which includes a Facility Administrator, an Assistant Administrator, a QMHP, and QMHAs. Programming will also include RN and LMP services.
Residents receive mental health treatment services, supervision, and support on a 24/7 basis. All residents will be screened for admission by the referring entity, Multnomah County Mental Health, and Halsey Street SRTF staff to ensure appropriate placement. The program will provide the highest quality of care to help residents achieve further self-sufficiency, well-being, and health—while keeping the safety of the residents and community as a highest priority.
