LINCOLN PARK
Lincoln Park (est. 2012) is a 5-unit, non-licensed Supportive Housing program that offers community housing for individuals who have a chronic mental illness but are able to live semi-independently in the community with supports. For many individuals, stepping down into this level of care is a wonderful achievement and evidence of their hard work and commitment of recovery. Attached to the program, but separated by sight and sound, is an activity room that is available to tenants and staff. This space offers a place for therapeutic groups, meetings, and offers books and art supplies, or just a place to sit and enjoy the company of others. All of Lincoln Park’s units are are HUD-eligible. Tenants are responsible for a portion of the rent and all utilities. Both ColumbiaCare and the referring agency screen all tenants for clinical appropriateness.
