Questions on OUR Core Values:
Our Core Values guide how we behave and are central to all that we do here at ColumbiaCare. Check them out ahead of time and consider how you align with them, and how they might apply to this position.
PANEL INTERVIEW
Panel interviews allow multiple people to assess the skills and motivational fit of a candidate in one interview. Multiple perspectives assist with removing bias and help create balanced decisions.
Using standardized interview questions allows us to create objectivity and assists us in making equitable comparisons between candidates. |
Panel interviews are the norm at CCS you can expect a panel of three or more people. This typically includes the hiring manager and others that are knowledgeable about the vacant position.
